Woven wire meshes are used in various industrial fields as the most common screen manufactured by weaving metal wires. We perform a hook process for vibrating screens and radius processing (cylindrical) for trommel.
Woven wire mesh is a screen that sieves using a mesh created by weaving wires (metal wires such as hard steel and stainless steel wires). Weaving-pattern types for the woven wire mesh for vibrating screens include plain wave, flat top, ton-cap, and arch crimp. Depending on the size and amount of the selection target and the style of the vibrating screen, we provide the best option.
Moreover, to improve the mesh durability, a tensioner hook style that best suits the vibrating screen and the wire diameter must be selected, for which we can propose the best option.
The weaving-pattern types include plain wave, flat top, and ton-cap.
● Plain wave: It is a common weaving pattern where vertical and horizontal lines intersect alternately. It is usually used for a fine mesh of 10 mm or less.
● Flat top: Herein, a wire mesh is woven with a special crimp wave applied to the wires so that the sieve surface would be smooth. It is mainly used for a large mesh of 10 mm or larger.
● Ton-cap: The open-area percentage is increased with rectangular mesh openings to improve the sieve efficiency.

An ideal edge tensioning must be selected corresponding to a vibrating screen body and wire diameter for increasing the screen durability, for which we can propose the best option.
︎⚫︎A TYPE: A wire diameter of 6Φ or larger.
⚫︎AP TYPE: A wire diameter 6Φ or larger and plate of 2.3t.
⚫︎DF TYPE: A wire diameter of 1Φ or smaller and plate of 0.6t–0.8t (prevents displacement of the mesh from the plate).
⚫︎D TYPE: A wire diameter of 1Φ–6Φ and plate of 1t.
⚫︎ DR TYPE: Same as D TYPE (prevents opening of the plate).
⚫︎ DSR TYPE: Same as DR TYPE (prevents displacement of the screen).
