Welded wire mesh
A welded wire mesh is a screen where wires without wave processing are aligned in a grid and their intersections are welded. By using a thick wire, large masses can also be sieved.
*Hooks for vibrating screens and radius processing (cylindrical) of trommel are also available.
Characteristics of welded wire meshes
High strength.
Compared to the woven wire mesh where wires are woven, it has a higher strength. Therefore, the welded wire mesh is often used for crushers.
The mesh is hard to be broken.
As vertical and horizontal lines are aligned in a grid and intersections are welded, it is strong and the mesh is hard to be broken.
