Career Information
Since the foundation in 1948, we have been manufacturing industrial screens to meet the needs of customers. It is our strength to provide diverse screen products to not only rubble suppliers but also to manufacturing factories in a wide range of industries and even environmental conservation facilities.
It is our staff that enhances our strength. Our company can grow and contribute to the society thanks to our staff. Thus, we are always making efforts to improve the work environment of our employees. We believe that more than 90% of our staff work with us until they retire because we are a stable company with a good work environment.

Our environment is conducive to an open communication among all staff members regardless if they are newcomers or veterans.
The industries that we make sales visits to are divided into gravels and rubbles, iron manufacturing, waste recycling, and water treatment. We focus on the proposal-based sales of industrial screens.
We visit existing clients to confirm repeat orders, present solutions to any issues, and present new products. Occasionally, we make proposal-based sales pitches to new clients, accompanied by a trading company or an agent. We often visit so-called major companies. We also make sales visits to companies that we could have never entered without working at Ando Screen. Dealing with diverse clients is one of our characteristics.
We are confident that our work environment allows staff members to ask questions among each other regardless of their experiences and positions. Sometimes we get excited about discussions on not-work-related topics. We are able to do our best work in an open communication environment.
Since we are given autonomy, we can make our own schedules, visit clients without coming to the office first, and head home directly if a client visit runs late. As we rarely do overtime after 17:00, it is easy to keep a good work–life balance and effectively use our private time. After leaving work, I go to a gym and work out, followed by a refreshing sauna. On days off, I play online games with my son.

Technology Department
If you love making new things, why not work with us?
At the design division of the technology department, we design and draw screens. We design and draw ordered products using Auto-CAD.
When designing and drawing, we stay in a close contact with the sales staff so that we can meet client requirements. In some cases, we visit clients to discuss and take measurements.
In the manufacturing process, we communicate with factory staff to discuss and confirm the tasks so as to create the best product. When I receive positive comments from clients on site where products that I designed are actually in use, it makes me feel very happy and fulfilled. Screens are diverse, ranging from small to large and simple to complex. Materials to be used change from iron, stainless steel, and urethane (depending on projects), requiring us to have diverse knowledge.
If you like making things, use your knowledge, and improve your skills, then I believe that this job would be extremely attractive to you. Our company consists of a small number of elites with a strong horizontal connection. This makes the work environment comfortable for all of us.
≪Hobby≫ I love watching sports. I am good at cooking too. When my family is happy, I get energy to work again.
Production Department
It makes you feel proud of contributing to the infrastructure around the world.
At the production department, we manufacture diverse industrial screens. My group manufactures a product called TUFFLEX made of polyurethane.
TUFFLEX is formed into a screen with our uniquely designed device. Then, it is machined as per the specifications of clients. As it is made as per orders, when an order comes in, a team in our department has a discussion right away so that we can quickly and efficiently work to meet the deadline. When we respond flexibly to a rush order from a client, a staff member from the sales department tells us “our client was very happy,” making us feel proud.
Presently, we are actively conducting 5S activities to improve the factory environment. Last year, I was assigned as the 5S leader for our division and worked on many improvements. Improvements were well received, and I received the president’s award at the end of the fiscal year. It gave me a sense of accomplishment.
TUFFLEX that we manufacture is shipped not only to Japan but also overseas through agencies. We are proud of making products that contribute to the infrastructure society around the world. It gives me the energy to work every day.
《Hobby》I like dancing and Judo. I enjoy playing with young kids and exercising on days off.
